We have been members of NW for many years. In the early days, messages about any local crime was by word of mouth, and often failed. It only took one person to break the chain of delivery. Today, with personal computers and police and government initiatives, the amount of information individually available is almost overwhelming.

Woolverstone Residents Association

Our History and Purpose Following a well-attended meeting on 20th September 2004 the Woolverstone Residents Association or "WRA" was established. Its intention and purpose is to represent and protect the interests of the people of Woolverstone and to improve the quality of life in the Village and to ensuring the continued protection of this area which is not only one of Outstanding Natural Beauty but one designated as a Conservation Area. To help fulfill this intention it has continually sought out ways of working jointly with the other Peninsula Parishes. In particular, we wanted to ensure that the Association remained sensitive to the different views of the other Villages and Hamlets on the Peninsula.
